Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than defects.

For products that use natural materials, some of the materials may have colors that are unique to the natural materials, but this is not a defect, so please understand.

For products made with patterned fabric, the pattern will vary from pair to pair depending on where it is cut.
Please understand that the pattern may differ from the product image.

We respond promptly after receiving your order, but as we produce the product after receiving the order, it will be shipped at the earliest two days after the order is placed.
If we need more time due to production conditions, we will contact you separately.
