I'm not sure which size to choose, how should I choose?

Please use the reference size displayed when selecting your size (e.g. L (25.0-27.0) as a guide to choosing your size. If that is the case, you can wear it with the size just right or with your heel slightly exposed. If you would like a firm platform all the way to your heel, we recommend choosing one size larger.

How should I store and care for it?

Store in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Do not wash directly with water. Instead, wipe the dirty area with a tightly wrung cloth or tap gently to remove dirt.

I have a unique foot shape, are there any geta sandals I can wear?

Since feet come in all shapes and sizes, with some people having high insteps and others having longer toes, many people worry about whether shoes will fit their feet. Since we make everything from scratch, we can accommodate many requests. Please feel free to contact us via LINE.

Can I return or exchange items?

Since we make each item individually after receiving your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the product is defective upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
