Frequently Asked Questions

Please use the reference size displayed when selecting your size (e.g., L (25.0–27.0)) as a guide. Store in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Do not wash directly with water; instead, wipe dirty areas with a well-wrung cloth or gently dab to remove stains.

Foot shapes vary greatly from person to person—some have high insteps, while others have longer specific toes—so many people are concerned about whether a shoe will fit them. Since we craft our shoes from scratch, we can accommodate a wide range of needs. Please feel free to contact us via LINE.

As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order.
