When we think of geta, we think of Japanese clothing, yukata, kimono...something to wear on special occasions.
We want people to be able to wear them casually on an everyday basis...that's what we wanted.
We offer new geta sandals with distinctive patterns and materials.

Adopts a thick thong
Many people worry about the tightness of thong footwear on their feet, don't they?
At Yuki Mitou, the thongs are designed to be thicker with cushioning material in the center.
The cushioning material softens the contact area, and the thicker design expands the contact area to reduce tightness.
Use of low-resilience material
The tabletop on which the soles of your feet rest is made with a thicker, more resilient material than usual as standard (excluding tabletops with wrapped edges).
Since this is the part where the soles of your feet rest, we wanted to make sure that it doesn't tire your feet too much and that it feels as comfortable as possible.
You can also choose to have a thicker resilience material.
Attention to detail in meeting customer needs
We started making custom-made geta sandals with the desire to "deliver a pair that suits the needs of each individual customer."
In addition to being able to choose the material and design, the EC site also allows you to adjust the length of the thong tip and change the top plate to a more resilient material.

Geta sandals for everyday wear
Wearing Japanese clothing or yukata, geta sandals are often thought of as footwear for special occasions.
We deliberately chose casual patterns and materials so that people can wear them in a variety of colors and with more familiarity.
The sole is made of a cushioned, non-slip material to make it easy to walk on asphalt or concrete surfaces.
We hope to continue adding new materials in the future so that people can feel more familiar with geta.
Recycled wood foot box, scrap tag
The foot box is made from recycled materials and the tag is made from scraps.
Although it's not something as ambitious as the SDGs, we do strive to create products that are as environmentally friendly as possible and that eliminate waste.
Each tag is embossed with great care.
