Shipping Fees
- Nationwide (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa, 45 prefectures): ¥660
- Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000
- Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥1,300
Estimated Delivery Time
- Regular items: Delivered within 3 business days at the earliest after order confirmation
- Made-to-order items: Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production (details will be provided at the time of order)

Shipping Fees, Delivery Times & Weight Limits
Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and maximum parcel weight vary depending on the destination country/region and your order details. Please check the checkout page for the exact information applicable to your order.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- If you select a shipping method marked "Duties & Taxes Included" (DHL / FedEx International Priority), applicable customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping fee.
- For all other shipping methods (AIRMAIL / EMS / International Air Packet), customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be charged separately upon arrival, in accordance with the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
- Availability of the "Duties & Taxes Included" option depends on the destination country/region. Please check the shipping methods available for your address at checkout.
Delays Related to Shipping & Customs Clearance
