Matters relating to members shall be governed by the "Membership Terms." Please refer to the "Membership Terms" for details.
Article 2 (Orders)
1. An order for a product shall be completed when the person wishing to place the order applies for the order in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
2. The Company may refuse to approve an application for an order if it determines that any of the following applies to the applicant, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons for such refusal:

2. The customer's application shall be deemed accepted, and a sales contract with the Company shall be formed, at the time the Company sends an email notifying the customer of the "Scheduled Shipping Date," after confirming full payment of the settlement amount or confirming approval of the payment.
However, for products shipped directly from the factory and made-to-order products, the sales contract shall be formed at the time full payment is confirmed or payment approval is confirmed.
Article 4 (Product Price and Payment Method)
1. In consideration for the use of the Service, the customer shall pay the product price separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website, using the method specified by the Company.
2. Invoice payment (deferred payment for corporations) is not available if the credit check is not passed. The Company shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons for such determination.
Article 5 (Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds)
Please be sure to check the contents of the product upon receipt.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the delivered product differs from what was ordered, or in the case of a defective item, provided the Company is contacted within 7 days of the product's arrival.
- If the Company is unable to ship the product due to its own fault, such as being out of stock, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Due to the nature of the products, cancellations, changes, or returns cannot be accepted after the product has been arranged for shipment or has already shipped.
- Changes or cancellations of order details cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.
- If a refund arises due to cancellation for the customer's own convenience, the refund will be issued after deducting a handling fee (in the case payment was made in advance by bank transfer).
- If, after the product has shipped, the customer is unavailable for an extended period, refuses to accept delivery, or the Company determines that the customer has no intention of receiving the product, the Company will charge the full product price and the cost of returning the product to the Company, regardless of whether the product was actually received.
Article 6 (Product Compensation)
The Company is not responsible for refunding the product price or compensating for the product in the event of delayed arrival due to traffic conditions or other similar causes.
- If a defect or fault attributable to the Company is found after the product's arrival, the Company will respond responsibly if contacted within one week of arrival. However, the Company will not be able to respond to inquiries received after this one-week period.
- The Company cannot provide compensation for material deterioration or defects caused by the customer's storage conditions, even if the Company is contacted within one week of the product's arrival.

The amount charged to the customer will be the base price at the time of order plus applicable consumption tax at the time of shipment, and the Company does not provide compensation or discounts due to price fluctuations.
2. While the Company takes the utmost care with respect to product information and pricing, if a price displayed on this website differs from the actual selling price due to human error, the Company may void the sales contract for the relevant product.
