I am unsure about which size to choose; how should I go about selecting one?
Please use the reference size displayed when selecting your size (e.g., L (25.0–27.0)) as a guide. Choosing this size will provide a perfect fit, or perhaps with your heel extending slightly off the back. If you prefer to have your heel fully supported by the base, we recommend choosing one size larger.
How should I store and care for it?
Store in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Do not wash directly with water; instead, wipe dirty areas with a well-wrung cloth or gently dab to remove stains.
My foot shape is a bit unusual; do you have any snow sandals that would fit me?
Foot shapes vary greatly from person to person—some have high insteps, while others have longer specific toes—so many people are concerned about whether a shoe will fit them. Since we craft our shoes from scratch, we can accommodate a wide range of needs. Please feel free to contact us via LINE.
Can I return or exchange this?
As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order.
